Pumpkin Ice Cream Cups

It was 95 degrees again today in Southern California, so I whipped up these little pumpkin ice cream cups were a great after school snack.  Simple scoop the pumpkin flavored ice cream into the cups and sprinkle on orange sugar.  The leaf is made out of sour patch kids and the stem is a mini wooden spoon.  There's still time to order the baking cups and spoons for Halloween from my ETSY store.  These would make a great dessert for the kids at Thanksgiving too! A fun, festive fall way to cool off.
