I absolutely cannot wait for this book to come out next month! Amy Atlas is my party styling idol. My first "big break" came when my Thriller Party was featured on Sweet Design, A Blog by Amy Atlas. I sent the party in as "why the heck not," never even considering there was the slightest chance I would ever even hear back. It took them 10 minutes:) Until I was featured, NO ONE knew I had a blog or Etsy store- not any of my family and not any of my friends. I really had a strong desire to make it on my own and not because my family and friends were following me. Honestly, until that point, no one was following me.
