Thankful Chicken Wire Frame

Remember our chicken wire frame we made here?  I just pulled it out to use for this Thankful Thanksgiving frame. I just spray painted it black and added a mini thankful banner.  Our family is going to add the little tags with what they are thankful for each day until Thanksgiving.  I can't wait to see what they come up with.  If you would like the tags and banner, they are available for download here!  If you don't want to make a chicken wire frame, you could also use the banner and tags on a bulletin board that you have at home.

Did you notice the button at the top right of my blog?  I am  so excited for a giveaway I am taking part in with several other bloggers.  We are giving away a Cameo Silhouette.  I just bought one of these and used it to make several items for my daughter, Audrey's, birthday last week.  You will love it.   The giveaway opens November 16th!

Jenny

Make It Monday- Pumpkin Bars

Happy Monday Everyone.  Hope you had a wonderful weekend.  We finally got all set for Halloween. This is of course the perfect time of year for pumpkin treats.  Now, I love pumpkin pie, but these are my absolute favorite pumpkin dessert.  They are also finger friendly, so it makes them a little easier to have at you dessert table.  The perfect treat for Halloween or Thanksgiving.

You Need

1 box yellow cake mix
1 jar pumpkin butter
3 eggs 1 T Flour
!/4 cup sugar
¾ cup butter
3 T milk
1 t cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Measure out 1 cup of the cake mix and set aside.  Mix remaining cake mix with ½ cup melted butter and 1 egg.  Press mixture lightly into the bottom of a 9x13 pan lined with parchment.
Mix pumpkin butter with 2 eggs lightly beaten and milk.  Pour over cake mixture in pan.
Mix reserved cake batter with flour, sugar, ¼ softened butter and cinnamon.  Crumble  on top of pumpkin layer.  You may have some holes.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden.  Cool in pan and then lift parchment to remove.  Dust with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon.

SO YUMMY!

Off to a great week! It's my oldest daughter's birthday on Friday so I'm crafting away!

Jenny

Pack A Snack

Happy Friday everyone. I have a few more Thanksgiving printables to share that match our Thanksgiving collection.  Aren't leftovers the best part of Thanksgiving?

These Pack A Snack Boxes are great, personalized "gift" for your guests. Inspired by the Chili Under the Oaks Party last year, these boxes let your guest take home party treats or leftovers.  Think beyond Thanksgiving.  I used them last weekend at a baby shower as midnight feeding boxes (so guest could pack up candies) and I'm using them next weekend for boxed dinners at my daughter's birthday.
This thankful sign and labels for take home containers are yours for free if
1. You are a member of Bloom (right sidebar)
2. I'm am trying a new way to access the documents, so click here and cross your fingers:)

These boxes are available in my shop in three sizes and with your choice of label. Attach the with grateful hearts tag from our free Thanksgiving collection or the above labels and your holiday is set.

Other new items in bloom-

Mini Dot Straws- I just love these mini dot straws that come in light pink and baby blue.  They are absolutely precious. We also have added red dot and pale orange dot which would be great for Thanksgiving.

Paper Containers with labels
These make adorable ice cream containers but you can also use them to portion out individual servings at your buffet. Cups come with your choice of label to make your party a bit more personal.

36 inch ballons are also back in our shop.  Use the pdf file we send you to create a balloon greeting or use them plain to make great impact at your party.
Have a great weekend!

Jenny

Thanksgiving Printables

Yes:) You read that right.  Thanksgiving is just over a month away.  I wanted to share these with you now so that you had time to organize your Thanksgiving parties.  These printables are based on the ones I designed for my Chili Under the Oaks Party last year.  I lived the simple black and with design which can be printed on bright white or kraft colored paper.
