Alison's Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Make sure to enter our Merry, Merry Giveaway here.

I recently attended an annual holiday recipe exchange and had the best homemade fudge made by my sweet friend, Alison. My family has made fudge with the same recipe since I was three and it was the only fudge I liked- until this party. Alison's fudge is surprisingly light, creamy and has just a surprise hint of peanut butter. You will love the recipe- 6 ingredients and super quick! Don't let Christmas go by without trying this treat. It only takes a few minutes to make and would be a wonderful treat for friends and neighbors.

You need
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 pound (1 stick) butter
1 12ounce bag chocolate chips
7 ounce jar of marshmallow creme (fluff)
2 tablespoons peanut butter

Heat first three ingredients until boiling.

Continue to cook for 8 minutes stirring continuously.  Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow, and peanut butter.  Stir until smooth.

Pour into foil lined 8x8 pan.  Refrigerate until set.
I could eat the whole pan!
XO,
Jenny
