Make It Monday- No Bake Caramel Cheescake Stingers
These mini cheesecake shots are so yummy and easy to make. Use a clear vessels so you can see all the pretty layers. Don't like caramel? Simply take it out. Want to drizzle on some chocolate, top with fruit or mix in crushed Oreos- no problem. This batter is very easy and forgiving, so be creative. Add want you like or need to personalize the dessert to your event.
You Need:
Whipped Cream- recipe found here
Graham Cracker Layer
8 graham crackers- crushed to fine powder mixed with 2 TBSP sugar
Cheesecake layer
4 8 ounce bars room temperature cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup caramel
1 8 ounce tub of Cool Whip, thawed
In your mixer, beat together first 4 ingredients until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Put in a piping bag.
Fill each glass with a tsp. of the graham cracker mixture. Tap to level. Pipe in cream cheese mixture until 2/3 full. Top with another layer of cream cheese and then a dab of whipped cream to finish.
These hold great over night. Tie a ribbon or add a cute flag.
