Today's 100,00 page view giveaway

Sweet Designs By Amy Atlas
I absolutely cannot wait for this book to come out next month!  Amy Atlas is my party styling idol. My first "big break" came when my Thriller Party was featured on Sweet Design, A Blog by Amy Atlas.  I sent the party in as "why the heck not,"  never even considering there was the slightest chance I would ever even hear back.  It took them 10 minutes:)  Until I was featured, NO ONE knew I had a blog or Etsy store- not any of my family and not any of my friends.  I really had a strong desire to make it on my own and not because my family and friends were following me.  Honestly, until that point, no one was following me. In my first 8 weeks of blogging, I had 10 page views.  Accidents, I'm sure.  Being on Amy Atlas gave me the confidence that maybe I could actually do this.  I am so excited to give this book to one lucky reader.

Bucket O Bunnies

Happy Monday- Hope you had a great weekend.

Bucket o' Bunnies
You will need Marshmallow Peeps, Sour Apple Big League Chew or Edible Easter Grass (found at Target), a clear pail (carried at most craft stores) or a cellophane bag, and my printable tag.  If you are using the pail, I would recommend printing the tag on full label sheets and the punching out with a 2.5 inch punch.  If you are making this in a bag, print on bright white card stock. If you would like me to send you the tags:
You must become a person in Bloom (right side bar).

Already a member?
Follow me on Pinterest
or like bloom on Facebook.
Just make sure to leave a comment with your email so I can send it to you.

Fill the bottom of the bucket with "grass", line  the pail with bunny peeps, close the lid and put on your sticker.  Add a ribbon and your done.

A bucket of yum to share!
But they also look just as cute as a bag o' bunnies.
Wouldn't these make great Easter favors? XO

Make It Monday- Valentine Peeps

Did you think I'd let a holiday pass without a peep project?;)  LOVE the heart peeps for Valentine's Day.
This simple project is perfect to do with your kids.  It's easy, fun, and oh so cute!  I did two different peep versions.  Choose the one you like the best.  If you would like the tag with your child's name on it, I am happy to send it to you if you are a bloom follower (if you're not, you can join down the right sidebar of my blog).  Once your a member, send me an email with your email address and child's name.

Supplies: Heart Peeps, lollipop sticks, cardstock, cellophane bags ribbon, heart punch (or you can cut your own hearts), glue and scissors.

Stick your lollipop sticks through side of the peeps if you're doing arrows or through the bottom if you're doing hearts on a stick.
For the arrows, use the punch to make hearts or cut them yourself.  Cut the sides off the heart to make the back of the arrow.  Glue them on.

Drop in a bag with a tag and ribbon! All done and adorable.

And while we're talking about tags- narrow ribbon=small punch, wide ribbon=big punch.  Using the proper size punch will make your product look more professional.  Punches come in all sizes at the craft store and are pretty reasonable.  Stock up on a few different sizes when they are on sale.
Back tomorrow!

Happy Friday- Tale of Two Blogs

Happy Friday, Everyone.  I want to share two fun blogs I discovered this week.
The first is Creative Party Ideas by Cheryl.  Cheryl contacted me earlier this week when she saw my Reindeer Peeps on Pinterest (my new favorite, favorite passion).  Her site is full of great projects that you can do with your family.  Yesterday, I downloaded these amazing gifts tags that are available on her site by clicking here.

The second blog I discovered just this morning.  Missy had contacted me a few weeks back to do the party printables for her daughter Hadley's second birthday.  Since this was the first party package I had sold on Etsy, I emailed her to see how the party went.   She sent me a link to her blog, Little Ladies and Lambs where she writes about her life as a stay at home mom and sheep dairy owner.  Hadley's birthday turned out darling.  I love the crepe paper backdrop she created and the milk bar with the fringe around the bucket.  Her party theme of Make A Wish and Believe was perfect for the season.

Do you have party pics?  Send them to me!  bloomonline@sbcglobal.net
