Make It Monday- Bubble Wands

Kids love bubbles and summer is the perfect time to indulge in this outdoor activity.  I found the inspiration for this Make It Monday on Pinterest and HWTM and thought I would try it out.  I learned that bubble wands can be made into any shape with pipe cleaners.  Better yet, pipe cleaner wands hold a lot of bubble mixture, so they make a lot more bubbles than their plastic counterparts.  Also, since its hard to get the wand out of the plastics jars and since those always end up spilling at my house, a huge jar of bubble mix in a drink dispenser is a great way to share this fun activity at your parties.  Make your wands into shapes and colors that compliment the theme of your party or holiday.

You need:
Bubble mix- recipes found here
Cookie Cutters
Pipe Cleaners

Simply wrap the pipe cleaners around the cutter to form the shape you want.

Your guests will be blown away!  Off to a great week.
XO,
Jenny

  1. Ha I love Pinterest! What a great idea, I have so many pipe cleaners at my house but never thought to use them this way and never thought you could even use them to blow bubbles! Will try this week!
